Job Purpose

The Digital Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for effectively creating, managing, executing and reporting on Tacony’s Digital Marketing activities, which includes: social media, marketing automation, online media buys, email marketing and lead scoring.  The position is also responsible for the execution of approved marketing initiatives based on assigned business goals and ROI targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages the creative development and execution of digital marketing initiatives to support business strategies
  • Manages digital outreach programs to drive qualified traffic and greater conversion online, and analyze performance, including but not limited to Social Media Buys, Email Marketing, Display, Programmatic Media Buys, Marketing Automation and B2B digital marketing strategy
  • Partners with Digital Marketing manager and associated brand teams to integrate email marketing and social media programs within digital marketing efforts
  • Runs frequent traffic and site conversion reports in Google Analytics, analyzes data and makes channel optimization recommendations
  • Executes digital media and website testing strategies as defined by supervisor
  • Manages Digital Marketing partner relationships including acting as primary contact for day-to-day activities and projects
  • Implements measures to ensure programs can be monitored for effectiveness
  • Keeps abreast of changing Digital marketplace, ensuring that the brand teanms are kept current and new technologies are being reviewed
  • Performs special projects as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications / Education / Experience

  • Experience partnering with vendors and/or colleagues managing site messaging, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing, affiliates and targeted display
  • Demonstrated analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics, required
  • Experience with marketing automation, preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3 – 5 years’ previous marketing experience with a multi-channel retailer or equivalent agency experience working with such retailers, preferred
