Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who focuses on exceeding our customer’s needs by answering questions and resolving customer issues through the phone, emails, fax and chat.  This individual should be a people oriented person who has a professional manner and provides quick, excellent customer service to our customers that reflects Tacony’s overall business objectives.

 

Essential functions include:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat from customers. Determine customer’s needs, problem solve and respond by answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and/or billing issues
  • Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members
  • Obtain full details of customer; check customer account or obtain credit application for new customer
  • Place warranty replacement orders and/or small orders for customers

Ideal candidate should possess:

  • Previous customer service phone service experience
  • Some computer knowledge is necessary and good communications skills are required for dealing with customers, and other Tacony associates.
