Tacony Corporation is seeking a passionate social media native to join our brand marketing team. This position is responsible for the content strategy, community management and growth of assigned brand(s) social media communities including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and blogs.
Duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will hold responsibility for the following:
Translate brand strategy into insightful social media content.
Lead assigned brand(s) social community content development, informed by brand objectives, consumer insights, category trends and performance analysis.
Develop social content, moderating, posting/engaging, and responding to brand digital communities.
Identify, engage and nurture brand advocates.
Collaborate with original, curated and crowd-sourced content providers; deploy content directly and through internal and external partners.
Build content and calendars by agreed-upon time.
Track activity, engagement, sentiment, and conversion to meet social channel goals.
Qualifications for this role include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years’ social media/community management experience.
Experience developing social media and digital plans and content.
Exceptional writing and grammatical skills with proven experience creating social content on behalf of brands. (Examples reviewed during interview process.)
Interest and passion in social media and emerging technologies including active accounts across key social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating and working successfully with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Strong collaboration and listening skills.
Curiosity and a bias for action.
